Something has Shifted

Something has shifted…
And if you’ve felt it too — you already know this isn’t something you can explain your way through.
Something has shifted.
Not all at once — but in a way that’s been building quietly over time.
Last year, I was woken up several times in the middle of the night.
But this time… it was different.
The words Ravensworth Blood Sword kept circling —
in my mind,
in my awareness,
almost like they were being placed there.
I tried to go back to sleep.
But if you know that feeling… you know.
It wasn’t going to let me.
So I got up — thinking I just needed to write the name down and go back to bed.
But that wasn’t it.
Once I sat down, something opened.
The ideas didn’t come slowly… they poured out.
Chapter by chapter.
Structure. Tone. Direction.
It felt as if I didn’t get it out right then — it would be gone by morning.
So I stayed with it.
And over the next few days, I wrote… and wrote… and wrote.
Until I hit a wall.
Burned out.
But something had already shifted.
That moment didn’t just create a book.
It changed me.
Some of you may have noticed…
I stepped back.
Events paused.
Wednesday meditations stopped.
Not because something was wrong —
But because something deeper was asking for space.
This wasn’t about doing more.
It was about holding something new.
While writing, I started seeing something clearly:
The version of me that built everything up to this point…
was no longer the full story.
Even my website began to feel like it was speaking from the past.
Not wrong — just… incomplete.
So I began rebuilding.
Page by page.
Not to remove what was…
but to hold all of it — and expand beyond it.
The past didn’t need to be erased.
It needed to be integrated.
And through that process, something else became clear:
This book wasn’t just something I wrote.
It was something I went through.
“Awareness is not something you find…it’s something you become responsible for.”
“The path doesn’t appear when you’re ready…it appears when you’re willing.”
“The right teacher doesn’t give you truth…they reveal where you’ve been avoiding it.”
“What you feel is not always yours…but what you do with it is.”
“You don’t cross into awareness by learning more…you cross by becoming different.”
These aren’t just lines from the Ravensworth Blood Sword.
But pieces of what revealed itself along the way.
Ravensworth Blood Sword follows a seeker named Kellan as he moves through encounters with different teachers, traditions, and experiences — each one shaping his understanding of energy, awareness, and responsibility.
But what most people have told me is this:
They didn’t just read it.
They felt something while they were reading it.
The book is now live on Amazon — in both Kindle and paperback.
If you feel drawn to explore it… There’s a reason.
And if you’ve been following the website…
You’ll probably notice things are still shifting.
That’s intentional.
There is more coming.
Check back from time to time.
You may find something new…right when you need it.
