What a Session Looks Like
Rob teaches meditation in a variety of ways, from simple skill-building practices to “Meditation with Purpose.” After a coaching session, Rob can design and record a personalized guided meditation specifically tailored to your goals—whether that’s building confidence, releasing stress, or aligning with your life’s vision. These recordings allow you to continue your progress outside of the session and keep moving toward your desired outcome.
Distance Sessions & Online Access
Just like Rob’s other offerings, meditation coaching can be experienced in-person, over the phone, or via Zoom.
