All mediumship starts with sitting in the power; building the power, blending in the power to get quite enough to witness spirit. During this time, we will come together to simple work the process and experience the gift of spirit to reach communication. Just like everything else, what you put into this time is what you will get out of it. We can build on this time to go into different altered states of consciousness to develop mediumship, trance and grow our own spiritual healing.
